The sketch really reminded me of the satirical comedy documentary style of one of my favorite series: \u201cWhat We Do in the Shadows\u201d. I decided to watch an episode and I\u2019m completely hooked. The series is funny, quirky, has\/\u2026 AND it\u2019s just available on YouTube! &lt;3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The series begins with a satanic ritual, which is soon hilariously interrupted. They decide to let the ceremony remain what it is and move on to a meeting. They are interrupted again, this time by Nathan, a marketer whose job is at risk if he can\u2019t solve his problematic drinking problem. The marketer thinks he has entered an AA meeting, but that turns out not to be the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Satanists explain that they do not literally worship the devil, but that Satanism is more about following the 7 fundamental tenets. They also have a legal sobriety program that they could use to help Nathan. Nathan finds it all just a weird mess and leaves, only to find out after an AA meeting that that\u2019s not for him and to join the Satanic Temple anyway. To help the Satanists get more members, he puts his marketing skills to work to get their bake sale noticed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ep.1: Satanist Bake Sale\" width=\"1130\" height=\"636\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/xmcnDBlwTJw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I watched one episode and am already completely sold. The series is wholesome, funny, and the characters in the club have character.
